During your dinner at Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star STARS, it’s likely you’ll be presented with a couple of special gifts from the chef. An amuse-bouche is always on tap and varies based on whatever is fresh in the kitchen. There are also some petit fours at the end of the evening, usually small cookies or bite-sized truffles. On occasion, the Cape Cod restaurant will offer a tasting course so you can try a little bit of everything. The tasting courses are put together by the chef based on special cuts and seafood items that are in-season at the time of your dinner.
