The menu at Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star STARS is mainly à la carte, but that doesn’t diminish the value of the food presentation. Everything is served on white plates so you can see the various colors and combinations of your dishes. If you order steak for your entrée, it will be served sans any accouterments in the center of the plate. The sauces for steaks come on the side, and any side dishes will accompany your main entrée in smaller dishes that can be shared with the table. There are few frills on the plates at the Cape Cod restaurant, so you won’t find flower garnishes or sauce drawings. The focus is on clean and minimal presentations that allow the fresh cuts of meat to take center stage.
