Vegetarians will find plenty of options for dinner at Twenty-Eight Atlantic; and if you’re a pescatarian, you’ll be in heaven with the menu at this Cape Cod restaurant. Uncovering your vegetarian options is easy, since they are all noted on the menu. During our visit, we found such vegetable-based creations such as summer asparagus soup, farmer greens salad and a chickpea panisse. Vegans might have a bit more difficulty finding something on the menu — mainly due to the dairy-based sauces that are served with some of the vegetarian options — but your server can recommend some appropriate dishes or work with the kitchen to create a vegan-friendly meal for your dining experience.
Vegetarians and vegans will love Twenty-Eight Atlantic’s goat cheese soufflé with walnut pesto, spinach, parmesan and roasted figs. For an entrée, try the chipea panisse, accompanied by roasted fennel, harissa and olive oil labne.
