Carrying your set of clubs over hills, through trees and across wide greens can be exhausting, which is why The Broadmoor allows golf carts on the fairways of its three courses. However, while playing between May 1 and November 1, you’re required to take a cart or caddie—who are available upon request— on all courses prior to 3 p.m. It is important to note that there is one exception to the usage of golf carts: If it rains, that means no carts are permitted on the fairways the following day. The last thing you’ll want is a hopelessly stuck golf cart preventing you from finishing the 18th hole.
Golf carts are allowed on the fairways at The Broadmoor, but it is left to the discretion of the course superintendent to sometimes stipulate that we are cart path only, depending on weather and course conditions.
