Which rooms at The Broadmoor have terraces?

Answers from Our Experts (2)

The short answer is that many rooms at The Broadmoor have terraces, but the long answer is a bit more complicated.

Most accommodations in this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel’s Lakeside Suites and the West Tower have either patios or terraces (distinction being that the latter are furnished); rooms in the newly expanded Broadmoor West have a variety of balconies and Juliets facing both the mountain and the lake. The South Tower’s superior rooms may have Juliet or full balconies. Southlake and Northlake rooms all have ground-level patios; the property’s six cottages boast verandas — which, in Broadmoor parlance, means that they possess upholstered wicker furniture and tables. Outdoor access in the Main Complex is limited to suites; signature suites throughout the property have handsomely appointed outdoor areas.
