tension, followed by an outdoor Thai massage in a gazebo in the spa’s secluded
garden accompanied by the soothing sounds of wind chimes.

health, book an appointment at the DNA Center for Integrative Medicine,
Wellness & Bio-Aesthetics — located within the Dubai spa — where a team of
renowned physicians can build a blueprint to meet your wellness goals, from
healthy aging to inner peace.
- Looking for a romantic escape? Have
a spa day for two in one of Talise’s three couple’s suites that come equipped
with private showers, a sauna and an intimate relaxation area.
- For those who appreciate a bit of discretion, there’s a
separate ladies majlis (sitting room)
to relax in. With plush furnishings and a high ceiling, this is a majestic
space.
Things to Know
- Yogis will be in heaven at this luxury
spa, where private and group sessions are available in both hatha and vinyasa practices.
The sunset and full-moon yoga classes are extremely popular, so be sure to book
early if you’re looking to practice your warrior two with a view.
- For a highly personalized facial,
begin your treatment with a computerized skin analysis that will help identify
specific conditions and then pick a suitable therapy to address your individual

- Children under the age of 16 are
not permitted in the spa.
The Treatments
- The body treatments are indulgent
experiences involving exfoliation, nourishing wraps and fragrant oils. Feel
like royalty during the 90-minute Shiffa Arabian Nights, which uses flowers,
fruits and the scents of sandalwood and rose to relax the mind and body.
- To incorporate the beach into your
massage, try the Hot Sea Shell option, during which pressure is applied using natural
seashells to relieve stress.
- For rejuvenation the Middle
Eastern way, try a hammam experience that involves exfoliation with traditional
black soap in a private steam room. Kick your treatment up a notch with the
Shiffa 24-Karat Gold Hammam that includes the application of a gold clay body
mask and massage.
- Peruse the spa’s unique wellness experiences, such as the
detoxifying infrared sauna or the restorative lymphatic drainage treatment.
The Facilities
- Be sure to set aside some time
before or after your treatment to take advantage of Talise Spa’s thermal
facilities, including a steam room, a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna and
