What are the bathrooms like in the rooms at Kowloon Shangri-La?

When staying in a Premier or Deluxe Harbour View room — which is what we recommend you book — at Kowloon Shangri-La, you’ll be treated to well-appointed white marble bathrooms featuring a separate walk-in shower with glass door, tub and toilet nook. The mirrored space is bright and modern, if somewhat standard in look, and comes stocked with all the amenities you’ll need, from the basics (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) to the upgrades (a comb, dental kit, shaving kit and hair band), and even includes a potted houseplant for that extra touch of home. White Shangri-La branded towels are neatly stacked on glass shelves and also hang on racks below the single sink. One slightly odd feature: If you’re looking for the hair dryer after rinsing off under the rainfall showerhead, you’ll have to head to the desk area to style your tresses. The hairdryer is kept plugged in inside the desk drawer.  It’s slightly inconvenient, though the hotel provides you with plush white terrycloth robes and slippers so you can pad around the room in comfort following your bath or shower. And really, it’s the only major gripe we have about bathrooms at Kowloon Shangri-La.
