The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is an intimate sanctuary for business travelers or fans of contemporary design looking for a central location and customized service. Its small size (with only 113 rooms) gives the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel a very personal feel, and the staff contributes by catering to each guest’s individual preferences. The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s doors open straight onto one of Hong Kong’s busiest streets, giving the hotel the feeling of being at the heart of the action. The über-contemporary design style extends to streamlined rooms where the bathrooms occupy much of the space (in our opinion, some of the best hotel bathrooms we’ve ever seen, thanks to rain showers, ample amenities and in some, huge circular soaking tubs). While there are only two dining options at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, the chic MO Bar and the French-influenced Amber, the many restaurants of The Landmark center expand the repertoire. The Five-Star Oriental Spa at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental is one of the city’s best, with gorgeous relaxation lounges complete with soaking pools and crystal steam rooms.
