You’ll find a sleek bar inside The Upper House at Café Gray. One of the largest in Asia, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel's bar serves wines by the glass and bottle, and cocktails like a pineapple and thyme martini and Hong Kong Highball (a concoction of raspberry vodka, ginger, honey, lemon, cassis, pomegranate and champagne). It also features a bar menu that includes fish and chips, a pastrami sandwich, polenta fries and foie gras bruschetta. For drinks with a view, head to the Sky Lounge on the 49th floor, where you’ll find a fireplace, furniture accented in soft greens and blues, and a killer view. And then there is the Lawn, which is just what it sounds like it is — a stretch of grass on the sixth floor. Hang out here on this outdoor terrace, and have a drink while you relcine in a bean bag chair or down on the grass.
