Café Gray, the restaurant at The Upper House, is named after chef and partner Gray Kunz. After proving his talent at the Lespinasse at the St. Regis Hotel in New York, Kunz was inducted into the Culinary Institute of America’s Restaurant Hall of Fame in 1998.
