Although Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong's Caprice concentrates contemporary French cuisine filled with lots of meats and seafood, it does offer a six-dish vegetarian menu. The meat-free menu starts with a seasonal vegetable salad with eggplant caviar and white balsamic vinaigrette and moves on to girolle mushroom fricassee with Sicilian pistachio and aromatic brocciu. There are also dishes such as potato gnocchi méli mélo or saffron risotto dotted with green asparagus. It’s a small selection but one that should satisfy vegetarian guests dining at the Hong Kong restaurant.
