Signature eatery Nemare Restaurant lives up to its name— “smoke” in the Chorotega language — with a menu filled with smoke-infused dishes (45-day sabanero steak) and cocktails (the smoky rosemary- and bourbon-packed Romargo).

The gorgeous Bahia prepares Latin American cuisine all day in its wood-fired open kitchen.

As the name suggests, Pesce is a sophisticated seafood restaurant serving fresh catches and specialty pastas alongside expertly paired wines.

During the day, Anejo is a great place to grab an açai bowl. In the afternoons, stop by for a green juice. Come the evening, the spot comes alive with passed tapas, interesting aperitifs and live DJ sets.
