- Gastronomes are spoiled for choice when staying at The Darling. Within the adjoining Star complex, dining options include freshly shaken cocktails and mouth-watering sashimi at Kiyomi, trattoria fare at Cucina Vivo and Chinese food, fresh seafood and yum cha (tea and dim sum) at Uncle Su.
- Escape the ding of the casino at Azure Spa. The Absolute Renewal Ritual pampers with an aromatic full-body massage and a BABOR Healthy Glow facial that aims to leave your skin looking radiant.
- The Darling’s location places you close to noteworthy attractions. It’s within walking distance to Broadbeach beaches, Oracle Boulevard’s famous dining precinct and the sprawling 400-plus-store Pacific Fair mall.
- Nineteenat The Star is the hottest spot in town with its rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. The menu features seafood and Beluga caviar alongside numerous steak options, like the Kiwami rump cap, a marbled wagyu beef straight from farm to sizzling hot plate.
- Suites are incredibly spacious, ranging from 753 to 3,531 square feet. The north-facing Penthouse comes with grand chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling glass and a massive 861-square-foot balcony, the views are spectacular to say the least.
