Accommodations reflect Gozo’s rustic architectural heritage through warm sandy tones, textured limestone accents and contemporary furnishings with classic influences. Every room and suite includes a private balcony or terrace overlooking the pools or surrounding countryside.
Five different pools cater to every type of traveler. Across the vast property, you’ll find three outdoor pools — including an adults-only option as well as family-friendly pools— complemented by two heated indoor pools, plus an indoor whirlpool for year-round relaxation.

Il-Baldakkin is a relaxed gastrobar with an inviting terrace that’s perfectly positioned for sunset views. On the all-day à la carte, elevated comfort food takes center stage, from flatbreads and burgers to Mediterranean small plates, complemented by a thoughtfully curated cocktail and wine list.
L’Ortolan, the Malta hotel’s all-day dining venue, is best known for its generous breakfast buffet served in a bright, contemporary dining room. During the warmer months, it also hosts themed dinners and brunches, featuring globally inspired buffets served indoors and on the adjoining terrace.
