Azurea might be One Ocean Resort & Spa’s fine dining restaurant, but you won’t find any stuffy place settings here. Rather, the dark wood tables are kept bare, although when you sit down, you’ll find a large clear glass plate to mark your place, flanked by Bon Chef cutlery and moderately thick-rimmed water glasses. In the center of the table next to the white china salt and pepper shakers, you’ll find a glass cylinder filled with clear-colored marbles, tiny LED lights and a large yellow orchid, which adds to the contemporary, tropical feel of the restaurant. The majority of your food, though, will be served on solid white bone china from Schonwald and Dudson, though you might find smaller glass plates used for dessert. The simple place settings allow the cuisine, much of which is visually attractive and colorful, to pop and match the vibrant setting of the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended restaurant itself.
