Guest rooms at Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Raphael Hotel differ in size, of course — so what you’ll find inside depends entirely on what sort of room you book. That being said, most rooms here are decorated and furnished with the same European vintage charm. You’ll find lots of neutral colors in the room along with dark woods, which give it a regal and classic feel. Gilt-framed mirrors, gold lamps as well as large windows, white crown molding and marble flooring in the bathroom add to the sophisticated feel.

Our studio suite offered space to relax with a living area separate from the bedroom with a small plush gray felt-like couch and one large gray and green sitting chair, along with another plush chair. There was also a coffee table and then a large flat-screen TV so you could order in some room service and sit and watch TV away from the bedroom.

The sitting room also featured a large desk with Wi-Fi and a plush chair, making it perfect for a business traveler needing to jump on a conference call or get some last-minute work done. The room was outfitted with a mini-bar area with a Keurig coffee maker complete with coffee and tea.

The separate and spacious bedroom featured a king-size bed decked out with plush and comfortable bedding including lovely green and white floral decorative pillows, a matching bed skirt with a yellow-and-white throw blanket. The bedroom also had a large flat-screen TV and a massive dresser, along with a closet that’s adequate but on the smaller side.
