The Country Club, a Four-Star steakhouse offering modern and Cajun-inspired cuisine, serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch from its convenient location right outside the Wynn Golf Club. With its dark-wood paneling, plaid carpeting and low lighting, the restaurant boasts an exclusive supper-club vibe without feeling too stuffy, plus you’ll have great views of the course, including the stunning 18th-hole waterfall.
The Country Club’s executive chef, Carlos Guía, spent seven years working at kitchens in New Orleans. That city’s influences are seen and tasted in the spicy twists Guía adds to classic favorites such as sandwiches, salads, and burgers, including the delicious smoked chipotle burger topped with guacamole, chipotle sauce, green chiles and jalapeño jack cheese.
For dinner you’ll find a range of chops, steaks and seafood glazed and spiced with not-so-typical steakhouse ingredients. For example, our Forbes Travel Guide editors raved about a pork chop brined in brown sugar and served with a fire-roasted corn succotash and fig-bourbon barbecue sauce, as well as a Wagyu flat-iron steak rubbed with chiles and topped with the chef’s special roasted garlic mojo.
