If you can’t bear to leave your suite — or cushy bed — to eat, you can order from a menu of classic dishes from Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ARIA Sky Suites room service 24 hours a day. For breakfast you can choose from standards like fruit plates and pastries, along with dishes such as house-smoked king salmon on a bagel, brioche French toast, egg white frittata and huevos rancheros. For lunch and dinner there are appetizers like shrimp cocktail, quesadillas, nachos and caviar, as well as club sandwiches, burgers and tuna melts. ARIA also offers an assortment of pastas like spaghetti Bolognese and chicken Alfredo, as well as 11-inch pizzas with your choice of toppings. If you’re looking for a full entrée, you can choose from a steak with your choice of sauces (port wine, Béarnaise, Bordelaise.); Lap Chung shrimp fried rice with Asian vegetables; or seared halibut with crushed potatoes, almonds and tomatoes. Top off your meal with any of the four traditional desserts, including Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée and chocolate ganache with hazelnut crisp and vanilla sauce.
