Since the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Encore Tower Suites is part of Encore at Wynn Las Vegas resort, you’ll have your pick of plenty of restaurants during your stay here — including some of the best dining in Las Vegas. Encore features a handful of restaurants, including the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Sinatra, an Italian restaurant located near Encore Tower Suites (check out Frank Sinatra’s Emmy, Grammy and Oscar displayed at the entrance). Guests at Encore can also choose from steakhouse fare at Botero and American comfort food at Society Café Encore. At Wazuzu, guests can choose from Pan-Asian dishes, including fresh noodles, sushi and dim sum. No matter which restaurant you book, rest assured it will have vegetarian and vegan dishes — a directive from resort owner Steve Wynn.

Encore Tower Suites has these signature restaurants:

Sinatra. Acclaimed chef Theo Schoenegger creates the ultimate homage to Ol' Blue Eyes at Sinatra — a swank spot featuring modern, sophisticated riffs on classic Italian cooking. Floor-to-ceiling windows look onto a charming outdoor patio, where guests may dine alfresco in an intimate, Tuscan-inspired setting. Dress is business casual, and dinner is served nightly.

Botero. Star chef Mark LoRusso creates beyond-the-curve steaks, chops and modern cuisine as bold and voluptuous as the Boteros that grace this poolside space located next to XS nightclub. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining, or request the private dining alcove. Dress is business casual. Dinner is served nightly, and the restaurant is open seasonally for lunch Friday through Sunday.

Society Café Encore. The denizens of cool gather at this newest hot spot, where chef Kim Canteenwalla's imaginative American comfort cooking makes three square meals hip. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is also a late-night menu on Friday and Saturday.

Wazuzu. Named for the mythical crystal dragon that presides over this dramatic pan-Asian café, Wazuzu showcases a deft touch with Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Singaporean and Thai cuisines. Dress is resort casual, and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
