One of the best parts of travel, of course, is the hotel breakfast, and Skylofts at MGM Grand doesn’t disappoint, offering plenty of delicious breakfast options 24 hours a day through its extensive in-room dining menu. One of our personal favorites is the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel's signature dish: Two poached eggs with roasted lobster on toasted brioche and a side of lobster hollandaise and breakfast potatoes. It’s rich, tasty and most likely has far too many calories.
An even bigger splurge (and something we would order more often if we didn’t have to “work” all day testing this stuff) is the champagne breakfast, which includes an omelet stuffed with crab, roasted tomatoes, avocado, crème fraiche and fresh herbs, and comes with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne to wash it all down. We can’t think of a better way to start your day in Las Vegas. Except if you also get the basket of freshly made pastries from the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Joël Robuchon.
