The beds at Skylofts at MGM Grand definitely encourage sleeping in all day at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel: Each bed is covered in six pillows and all-white Anichini linens that contrast beautifully with the dark gray upholstered bed frame.
To ensure the experience is tailor-made to your comfort, a special pillow menu is available through your butler, and it’s one of the most extensive ones we’ve seen. The menu features 15 different styles of specialty pillows, all encased in Anichini linens. You can choose from more traditional styles such as buckwheat, hypoallergenic, memory foam, neck support, white duck down feather or water-based pillows, or try something a bit different. The dry flotation pillow, for instance, has interconnected air pockets and a pump that allows you to adjust the level of support. If you’re a restless sleeper, you might like the tri-core pillow, which has a trapezoid-shaped center designed to cradle your head as you move. And if your idea of a real vacation is at least one snore-free night, order your partner the anti-snore pillow — it’s made of high-density foam that elevates the head to reduce nasal noises.
