Sky Lounge, the lobby-turned-bar at Skylofts at MGM Grand, doesn’t offer entertainment, but it’s only a short walk from tons of nightlife options within the adjacent MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
The Sky Lounge, which also doubles as the lobby of Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Skylofts, is open nightly from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and serves light appetizers and cocktails from a liquor cart. You’ll hear easy, lounge-style music and can sip swanky cocktails, including a $100 glass of Dom Pérignon champagne with St. Germain lychee liqueur.
Downstairs at the MGM Grand, the six bars, clubs and lounges offer something to suit your mood every night of the week. At Hakkasan, you can listen to world-famous DJs spin in an 80,000-square foot club with five floors. If you want to party during the day — this is Las Vegas, after all — head to Wet Republic, where Skylofts guests have complimentary access, for dancing, drinking and swimming at this South Beach-style pool party on a sun deck.
