While Skylofts at MGM Grand doesn’t have any restaurants of its own, it offers much more than the typical hotel does in terms of in-room dining. Guests of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel also have access (and preferential seating) at any of the numerous MGM Grand Hotel & Casino restaurants
Some of the best dining in Las Vegas is found within MGM Grand, including three fine-dining options. The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Joël Robuchon serves an extensive French tasting menu full of classics such as foie gras and masterful creations such as truffle langoustine ravioli. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon serves French food in a more casual, relaxed atmosphere, and master chef Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak is a favorite for steaks, including a dry-aged New York strip steak and a dry-aged ribeye for two.
You’ll also find a host of specialty dining options at the MGM, including Mexican at Diego, Italian at FiAmma Trattoria & Bar and seafood at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House. You can get great tapas and seafood at Seablue, Cantonese at Pearl, Japanese at Shibuya and California-inspired cuisine at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill.
For casual dining, head to the Grand Wok & Sushi Bar for pan-Asian favorites, or, for a true Las Vegas buffet experience, hit the MGM Grand Buffet. If you bring the kids along, they’ll love the Rainforest Café’s child-friendly menu options and animatronic insects and animals.
When you just want a quick bite, Tom Colicchio’s ‘wichcraft serves amazing gourmet sandwiches for lunch, while Studio Café makes a great breakfast, and Stage Deli serves New York classics such as the lox and cream cheese bagel or pastrami on rye. Cabana Grill offers poolside dining, and the hotel Starbucks is open 24 hours for caffeine jolts.
If you’re lucky enough to receive an invitation to have breakfast at The Mansion, the MGM Grand’s exclusive, invitation-only restaurant for breakfast and lunch, you’re in for a treat. Freshly squeezed watermelon and apple fruit juices, fresh jams made on-site and homemade breads and pastries make for an extra-special breakfast.
