The Palazzo Hotel Resort Casino does charge a resort fee, but it’s a relatively small price to pay for all that it includes. For every night of your stay, you’ll pay a $32 resort fee (plus tax) that gets you newspaper delivery, access to the gyms at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub and Wi-Fi access. And while you will have access to the gym and locker rooms at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, you’ll have to pay an additional $40 to use the wet areas inside.
Beyond the resort fee, you won’t see any hidden fees at this Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel, but we do recommend opting into the Prestige Level at the Palazzo for an extra touch of luxury. This entitles you to a private champagne at check-in, access to the Prestige Lounge on the 23rd floor of the Palazzo, a cocktail reception, access to Canyon Ranch SpaClub, admission to Azure and a continental breakfast. You can also upgrade to the Smart Plan for $40 per day, which allows for early check-in; 50 percent off of beer, wine and well drinks at the casino bars; two premium espresso drinks per day at any Café Presse; and more.
The resort’s frequent promotion packages can net you even more perks such as limo services and spa credits. The Palazzo puts the ball in your court — it’s up to you to decide how luxurious your stay will end up.
