With more than 30 restaurants located within the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino and The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, many of which do serve brunch on the weekends, you’ll have a wide variety of options to choose from depending on what type of food you’re in the mood for.
Assuming you can find a table, we recommend hitting Bouchon, a restaurant from acclaimed chef Thomas Keller that serves authentic French fare in a Parisian bistro setting. We’re big fans of the croquet madame, which features toasted ham and cheese on brioche with a fried egg and side of pommes frites, as well as the three-egg omelet du jour.
Another reliable choice is Zeffirino, which offers a decadent Sunday brunch highlighted by steamed lobster, shrimp, oysters and clams, along with a selection of pastas, pastries and omelets. Champagne, mimosas and Bloody Marys are also available if you want to make it a boozy brunch.
