The bread and butter service at CUT is pretty darn good. When seated, we were brought a cylindrical, Parmesan cheese crostini and the half-melted cheese stuck to the crispy bread with ease. During the meal we were presented a housemade Bavarian pretzel roll, served with sea salt, dry rosemay and butter from Pamplie, France (where else?). A word to the wise: It’s all too easy to scarf down a few rolls without even realizing it. Be sure to save some room for dinner and, of course, the killer desserts.
