When we dined at CUT, we finished off with a few special petit fours, each with its own distinct flavor and texture. Served on a small rectangular plate, the sweet treats were comprised of a caramel cashew petit four that combined salty with sweet; a ginger-whiskey fudge that had an earthy flavor to it; and a Japanese yuzu citrus bar with a heavenly light finish.
