The Las Vegas restaurant offered 12 different kinds of house-baked bread during our visit, including bacon bread, Gruyère brioche, focaccia, saffron bread, milk bread and baguettes. When you’ve made your choices at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant, the waiter whisks them away to be warmed. Your array of bread comes with Échiré butter, which is carved tableside into spirals from a large block and sprinkled with fleur de sel. It’s tempting to fill up on these loaves, but leave some room — there’s plenty more to indulge in during a meal at the Five-Star restaurant.
