You can add wine pairings to any of the tasting menus at Joël Robuchon. Wines are chosen from the Las Vegas restaurant’s massive wine list, compiled by sommelier and wine director Harley Carbery. The award-winning list comprises mostly French wines, but also includes bottles from the United States, South America and Australia. You’ll have your choice of a variety of reds, whites and sparkling wines, as well as ports, sherries and madeiras.
