Beyond the extraordinary food served at Joël Robuchon, the Las Vegas restaurant’s reputation also comes from its luxe interior design. The purple velvet upholstery, gilded trim, crystal chandeliers and black granite fireplace evoke 1920s Paris, and made us feel like we were dining inside a beautiful jewelry box. While the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant is inviting and elegant year-round, its look changes with every season. Four times a year, the restaurant adopts a new color scheme and swaps out the tabletops and décor on its many service carts. The restaurant has never repeated a color scheme, which gives the dining room a continually fresh look without a complete reinvention. Despite the constant Madonna-like makeover, it still retains that lovely jewelry box feel.
