Dessert may seem like a tough task at Wynn Las Vegas’ Mizumi because after a slew of appetizers and a main course, it’s hard to find the room for one more morsel. A great way to taste some of the delicious choices is to share a few — including the top-notch chocolate cake made with yuzu caramel and served with banana sorbet and chocolate rice crunch. A light, sweet choice is the caramel-and-green-tea crème brûlée or the calamansi mousse created with white-sesame shortbread and served with white-chocolate sauce.
