The executive chef of Wing Lei is Ming Yu, who has risen through the ranks of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant since its opening. While the menu remains absolutely Chinese, Chef Yu brings more modern presentations and techniques to these classic Cantonese, Hunan and Szechwan dishes. Favorite menu items of ours include the Imperial Duck Tasting Menu. Here you can order this classic dish served up in many different styles. The duck will be carved tableside and served in steamed bao buns or mooshoo Mandarin-style crepes. You will also get to taste the Peking duck salad, duck soup with Asian vegetables and wok-fried duck in black bean sauce. Chef Yu cooks each course to perfection.
