What is the cell phone policy at Canyon Ranch SpaClub?

Answers from Our Experts (2)

Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian & The Palazzo has a pretty simple cell phone policy: Leave your phone at home or in your locker. The robes at the Four-Star spa actually didn’t even have a place for us to put one (not that we were trying), so it’s best to just leave your phone inside your locker as a courtesy to other guests who are trying to relax. After all, why would you want to catch up on your work e-mails in the middle of a massage? The whole point of booking one of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa’s treatments is to bring back inner peace, and you’d just be muddling your time in the wave room, conservatory or salt grotto with a distraction. Plus, we couldn’t imagine taking a phone into the crystal steam room or rain experiences ever being a good idea. That said, when you visit the Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian & The Palazzo, forget about your phone and leave it with your clothes, or even better, on the nightstand in your room.

Cell phones may be used in the lobby only. Cell phones are prohibited in the spa.
