For classic breakfast, lunch by the pool or elegant dinners, Falling Rock has two restaurants to choose from. Just off the hotel's lobby, Aqueous is open for breakfast and dinner. The sophisticated restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the golf course, and serves breakfast dishes that should please everyone in your group. Interesting options include potato pierogies with caramelized onions and crème fraiche and aged cheddar grits with chorizo. Kids can choose from pancakes and other crowd-pleasers on the children’s menu. At night, the restaurant transforms into an upscale steakhouse serving steaks and decadent sides — think mac and cheese and asiago risotto — as well as a few seafood and vegetarian options.
For alfresco dining at lunch and dinner, Sunset Terrace is open by the gorgeous infinity pool. The restaurant serves a Pan-Asian menu including sushi rolls and a range of composed dishes like chilled noodle salad with lemon soy vinaigrette and fish tacos with yuzu. For lunch, there’s also a grab-and-go golfers menu with American fare from sandwiches to burgers. If you feel like leaving the hotel, but not the property, make sure to make a reservation for dinner at Lautrec, the fine-dining restaurant in Chateau Lafayette, in the center of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. And check out the Sundial Lodge's bar and casual dining spot, Apex, which offers amazing views of Mystic Mountain.
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort features an extensive restaurant collection, complete with four fine dining options and eleven casual dining options. Guests at Falling Rock may dine anywhere throughout property during their stay. Despite the dining opportunities resort-wide, it is possible for a guest to stay within the confines of Falling Rock and still enjoy a number of dining options, as two of our fine dining options are located within the Falling Rock property.
