What is involved in Charlotte Street Hotel’s turndown service?

Every guest will enjoy twice-a-day housekeeping during a stay at Charlotte Street Hotel, including evening turndown service. It’s not quite as thorough as the daytime service, with clothing and shoes left as they were in the room and not neatly straightened. The plush bed is turned down, though, with decorative pillows stored away and breakfast menus placed on top of the pillow. A water bottle, upside-down glass on a linen coaster and the remote control for the television are placed on the nightstand, and Templespa pillow spray is provided to send guests off to sleep on a relaxing fragrant cloud. The window shade is lowered and all lights are turned off save for the nightstand lamp. Wastebaskets are emptied and fresh linens are provided in the bathroom, as well.
