Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is easily one of the top London hotels for restaurants. Its flagship restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, has only been open since 2011, yet it has set the culinary world abuzz. Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts began working with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck in 1999 and the menu at Dinner celebrates British culinary heritage.
