The bar at Hotel Bel-Air offers an extensive specialty cocktail list with cheeky names that complement the casual elegance of the hotel. Choose from a list of 18 creative concoctions priced at $16 each. The London Calling is a refreshing mix of Boodie’s Gin, Cointreau, elderflower syrup, orange flower water, orange juice, lemon juice and cucumber. Our favorite, Pepino’s Revenge, has a whole new take on tequila, combining Patron Silver with Japanese cucumber, fresh basil and lime juice. The signature cocktail, Monroe’s Passion, is named in honor of Marilyn Monroe, who frequented the iconic Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel often. The drink is made with passion fruit rum, Bacardi 151, passion fruit juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, ginger juice, chili syrup and a dash of grenadine syrup — it’s sweet, but it has some kick.
