The Beverly Hilton doesn’t loan out laptops, but it will rent them out for the day. The hotel’s AVT Event Technology and Business Center rents them out for $250 a day. On top of that, you’ll have to pay $14.95 per day to log into the hotel’s Internet, unless you hang out in the public spaces, like the lobby or Lobby Bar, where Wi-Fi is free. Of course, you could always use the hotel’s own automated business center, which is open 24 hours a day, as opposed to AVT’s weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. schedule. The hotel’s business center has four large-screen Macs you can use, though it will cost you $3.75 to get online for 15 minutes; you can hop on a computer at AVT and surf online for $.50 a minute or $15 for the hour.
