If you need to arrange a conference at The Beverly Hilton, you’ll have 11 rooms from which to choose. All housed in a private corridor dubbed the executive meeting center, each room has a drop-down screen, built-in white board, built-in registration desk at the entrance, ceiling-mounted LCD projector, an eight-foot ceiling mounted projection screen, dual sounds systems and access to a loading dock. They can accommodate from 18 to 160 attendees. In case you need something bigger or a different kind of meeting space, the Four-Star hotel also offers 11 other kinds of rooms, though they are typically used for galas and red-carpet events. The largest of the bunch is the International ballroom, which seats about 1,100, and is the spot where the Golden Globes and Oscar nominee luncheon are held.
