When you want to treat yourself to a nice meal near The Beverly Hilton, and you’re looking for something outside of Circa 55 restaurant and Trader Vic’s Lounge, there are a bunch of fine-dining restaurants to try close to the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel. Only about three blocks away is the Four-Star Belvedere in The Peninsula Beverly Hills, which serves modern American fare like poached jidori chicken breast and Maine lobster. For sake and some of the best sushi in the area, hit up Urasawa, about seven blocks east of The Beverly Hilton.
Canon Drive, about a mile away, also has a number of eateries. Thomas Keller’s Bouchon serves up French bistro cuisine like steak frites and croque madame. Also on Canon Drive is Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Beverly Hills. It’s the celeb chef’s flagship restaurant, which serves seasonal American dishes like handmade sweet corn agnolotti with mascarpone and grilled prime côte de boeuf for two. To really get your fill of meat without venturing too far from The Beverly Hilton, try Maestro’s Steakhouse. You can choose everything from an 8-ounce petite filet to a belly-busting 48-ounce double-cut porterhouse.
