The rooms at The Peninsula Beverly Hills are classic, refined and sophisticated. With colorful touches of pinks, creams, blues and greens, the traditional rooms feel fresh and they should, since they were renovated in August 2011. Cream walls with white molding provide a neutral background to the floral fabrics in the drapes and canopy. The Peninsula Beverly Hills' beds have a light wood headboard and the sheets, pillowcases and comforters are white with light cream and gray stripes. Nightstands on both sides of the bed offer the most up-to-date technology. Use the bedside control panel to crank up the air-conditioning or turn off the lights with a touch of a button. There's also a Bose stereo to try out.

The work area has a desk and two graceful chairs. A fax machine, copier and printer combination is an extra perk that makes work tasks easy. The pale green loveseat with bright pink pillows is a good spot to relax, and you'll find a basket of magazines next to it. The closets are spacious, with enough room to leave your suitcase and plenty of hangers so you can fully unpack. There is a small dresser within the closet to give you more space for your things.

All the rooms here are spacious and easy to relax in, but we recommend the patio deluxe rooms, which give you a small private terrace that faces out to the hotel's gorgeous garden. Overall, the rooms are comfortable and chic, exactly what you would expect from a Five-Star hotel.

At The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we offer 193 newly renovated guest rooms that include 36 suites of varying sizes and 16 private villas, which are tucked away behind the main building in our tropical garden. All guest accommodations are spacious, elegant and supremely comfortable. They are decorated with antiques and modern original artwork, in addition to all the latest in high-tech amenities.

The smallest guest room at The Peninsula Beverly Hills is a generous 480 square feet; the largest suite is 2,250 square feet. Many rooms and suites can be connected, to create an even bigger space for families. Some suites and villas have fireplaces; some have terraces and/or patios. We have a few that even have outdoor Jacuzzis. You can choose a room that overlooks our tropical gardens, or looks out at the hills or the surrounding residential neighborhood.

Our 2,250 square-foot Presidential Suite is The Peninsula Suite. We sometimes call it the “Green Suite” because of its soothing green color palette. The Peninsula Suite exudes an “East-meets-West” ambience with its Chinoiserie-style wall coverings and Blue & White Porcelain collection, and offers views of the city and hills beyond.

The 2,250 square-foot Royal Patio Suite, known as the “White Suite,” features cream toned backgrounds and upholstery accented with gilded finishes. Creamy white linen drapery frame views of the 450 square-foot terrace, the hotel gardens and the Century City skyline.

One of the 1,500 square-foot Grand Deluxe Suites, remodeled in 2012, is known as the “Pink Suite” and features hues of deep rose, accented by Dior gray, creating the sophisticated look of a stylish pied-à-terre. The master bedroom of the Grand Deluxe “Pink Suite” features a king-sized bed cocooned in a curved upholstered panel with a mirror above, which wraps around the head of the bed and the night tables.

American interior design icon Nancy Corzine redesigned another 1,500 square-foot Grand Deluxe Suite. Known as the “Blue Suite,” this garden-facing suite is furnished with Nancy Corzine’s signature line of furniture, textiles, lighting and interior design. The ice blue palette is accented with Venetian silver, cream and white. She likes to say, “I wanted to create a suite that a California blonde would look fabulous in.” Nancy lives in Los Angeles, but she sends all of her out-of-town guests to stay with us.

Our Presidential Villa, The Peninsula Villa, is a bungalow-style two-story, two-bedroom suite located in our courtyard. Like The Peninsula Suite, the décor exudes an “East-meets-West” look with its Chinoiserie-style wall coverings and collection of Blue & White Porcelain. You enter up a dramatic double staircase into a high-ceilinged rotunda. The first floor features a dining room with a dining table for ten, a full kitchen, a powder room and a large living room with a fireplace. Off the living room is a spacious private patio with a Jacuzzi. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two canopied full-size beds. The location offers a quiet, private entrance with a residential ambience surrounded by tropical gardens.
