1. The ahi tuna carpaccio. This inspector is a sucker for tuna carpaccio in almost any restaurant and the one at One Pico did not disappoint. The tuna was super fresh and flavorful with creamy tomato and a little crunch from Riviera vegetables.
2. The sea bass. When we ordered the fish, it was flaky and moist and came with perfectly cooked spinach and crushed potatoes for more substance. It was an enjoyable, satisfying dish.
3. Lobster club. The yummy lunch sandwich includes smoked bacon and avocado and is served on toasted brioche. Plump lobster and light mayo equals sandwich greatness.
