Star chef Wolfgang Puck designed a special menu for Hotel Bel-Air Spa by La Prairie. Puck heads up all of the food menus at the iconic hotel, and each features the fresh California cuisine for which he is known. At the spa, choose from items such as the seasonal farmer’s market fruit and grapefruit granita, or a fried egg sandwich with Vermont cheddar, bacon and tomato-quince chutney. Classics include a grilled Atlantic salmon salad and a grilled chicken sandwich with goat cheese, arugula, sundried tomatoes and olive tapenade. Order food pre- or post-treatment and dine on the lounge chairs inside the relaxation room or outdoors in the sun-filled courtyard. Some of the treatment rooms even have their own patios, so request one when booking if you would like to enjoy your meal in private.
