The Peninsula Beverly Hills Spa is right across from the Roof Garden restaurant at The Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel on the fifth floor, so grabbing breakfast or lunch is easy to do pre- or post-treatment. We recommend starting your day with a breakfast or lunch on the roof, which offers beautiful views of Beverly Hills, Century City, downtown L.A., and Hollywood, as well as a lovely garden-like atmosphere that's incredibly relaxing. Start there with a meal and then head into the spa to be pampered; or end at the Roof Garden for lunch and a cocktail.
The Roof Garden breakfast menu features light items like fresh fruit smoothies and homemade granola with yogurt and berries. More decadent options include eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon and fresh asparagus, a three-egg omelet, corned beef hash with poached eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Specialties include the "Hot Fitness," which comes with steel cut oatmeal or cream of wheat and a cholesterol-free egg frittata with veggies and coffee or tea; the "Cold Fitness," which comes with freshly squeezed orange juice and a fruit platter with low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese, nuts and berries; and a bran muffin or seven-grain toast with sugar-free jelly. Other specialties include blueberry buttermilk pancakes with barley flour, spelt, oats and flax; an egg white breakfast burrito with grilled tofu and much more.
Lunch options at the Roof Garden include soups and a variety of salads, if you're looking for something light and refreshing. It is Beverly Hills, but there are still heartier options, like a delicious Angus beef burger, a veggie burger, fish tacos, tofu pad Thai and a chilled lobster BLT. Whatever you choose to eat on the Roof Garden, and whenever you choose to eat it, you won't be disappointed — the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, making it a great way to begin or end your spa day.
Of course, if you're looking for a more elegant breakfast or lunch, head to Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star The Belvedere restaurant, located on the first floor, or the Living Room, where you can also enjoy high tea. All dining venues at The Peninsula Beverly Hills are spectacular — so make the most of your visit and enjoy it.
The Peninsula Spa guests enjoy stepping outside (even dressed in their robes) and dining at The Roof Garden restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner alfresco. The Roof Garden menu features market-fresh fare including The Peninsula's "Naturally Peninsula" cuisine designed for a healthy lifestyle.
