1. Hana. Hana is one of most popular menus at Yamazato, as it changes seasonally ensuring that flavors are always fresh. This seven-course menu recently included options like a chef’s selection of appetizers, a savory clear soup with crab dumplings, the freshest assorted sashimi (flown in multiple times a week from Japan), succulent grilled fish, simmered daikon, sweet sea-beam rice with read miso, and fresh fruit to end the meal and cleanse your palate.
