Depending on what you’re looking to drink, there are two bar choices at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. For evening cocktails, head straight to Vida Rica Bar. You’ll find an extensive list of champagne cocktails, classic drinks, wine and even mocktails. Bubbly libations include the typical options, such as a Bellini, kir royale and mimosa, as well as innovative concoctions, such as The Millionaire’s Mojito with fresh mint and lime, cane sugar, Pyrat rum, Caribbean premium dark rum and finished off with champagne. Or enjoy the classics, such as a Tom Collins or whisky sour. Vida Rica Bar is open from 3 p.m. to midnight Sunday, 5 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday. The Macau hotel’s other bar alternative is the Lobby Lounge, which offers afternoon tea as well as a nice selection of wine. The lounge is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
