Each fine dining restaurant at Wynn Macau has a signature menu created by its head chef. Be sure to try at least one or two of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel’s restaurants, as everything we ate there was outstanding.
Two of the best spots for dinner are Wing Lei and Golden Flower, the latter of which specializes in Tan cuisine, a blend of northern and southern China flavors. Don’t leave the Five-Star hotel without trying its Hong Kong ice tea at Red 8 and noodles (any way you want them!) at 99 Noodles. Lastly, the pizza bianca at Ristorante il Teatro is a must-try. While Macau has plenty to offer in high-end and Cantonese cuisine, you won’t even have to leave the Wynn Macau to get a taste of some of the best food the region has to offer.
