Dreamy and decadent, desserts are an essential part of any meal at Aurora. Options include everything from traditional Italian classics like tiramisu and chocolate mousse, to more inventive creations you may not have tasted before, such as a refreshing panna cotta-and-Oreo cookie with slow-cooked peaches and pears in a red passito wine sauce.
If you consider yourself a connoisseur of sweets, consider booking the private room that seats up to six people, where you can not only bask in the glory of a sparkling chandelier that stretches the length of the table, but also watch the pastry chef work his dessert magic in the kitchen right in front of you. Our Forbes Travel Guide editors feel this is one of the best and most exclusive tables anywhere in Macau.
Tantalize your palette (and make your sweet tooth very happy) with our bevy of desserts at Aurora. Once you’ve finished your meal, peruse the menu and decide whether you want something rich and chocolaty or fresh and fruity. For those feeling indulgent, try the hot chocolate fondant with caramelized banana and Italian pistachio. An important note about this particular dish — let your server know in advance since it takes 10 minutes to prepare. If you want something a little lighter, select the lemon tart and honey meringue with mojito sorbet and lemon reduction. We also offer a variety of ice cream (vanilla, Piedmont hazelnut and coffee) as well as sorbets (blueberry, raspberry, passion fruit and lemon lychee).
