What are the private dining rooms like at Aurora?

As the premier fine dining restaurant at Five-Star Altira Macau, Aurora has several private dining rooms that are ideal for special occasions. The private dining room off the main dining area features a crystal chandelier running the length of a table that seats six. For even more privacy opt for the Yi Pavilion, a circular space across the outdoor patio from Aurora that’s a private room with it’s own bar and restroom, and great views of Macau Peninsula. The pavilion is big enough to seat 16 people, but we like the idea of reserving it just for a romantic evening for two. This private dining room has quite a good track record when it comes to romance — there have been many successful marriage proposals here.

Aurora is ideal for private group dining, with different types for various needs. If you want a more intimate group setting, opt for the private room that seats up to six people. The room features an optional view of the pastry kitchen, so you can watch first-hand as your tasty concoctions are prepared in front of you. Slightly larger (and cooler) is the wine room, which seats six. If you wish to host a larger crowd, book the ultra-luxurious Yi Pavilion which seats up to 16 people. While seated in the Yi Pavilion you will have an exclusive dining experience - unbeatable views of the Macau peninsula and South China Sea, a personal mini bar and restroom. If you plan on reserving one our private dining rooms at Aurora, we suggest calling far enough in advance to assure you get your desired date and time.
