With a kitchen led by chef Dominique Bugnand, the main menu at Vida Rica Restaurant and Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Macau offers French cuisine with a modern twist alongside dishes whose recipes and ingredients are an ode to Macau’s culinary heritage.
